摘要: Rheological behaviors of fumed silica filled hydroxylated polydimethylsiloxane suspensions were investigated in both static and dynamic shear modes. Both viscosity modulus increase with filler's concentration specific surface area, however, they decrease the improved dispersion proper modification. In addition to effective volume effect excluded polymer-filler interaction, polymer-mediated filler-filler interaction contributes significantly. Such an was classified according particle distance, concept "inter-particle excess energy" proposed. A combination inter-particle energy can be used interpret rheological nanocomposites.
