摘要: ■ Recent comparative international business research has shown the importance of distinguishing between contractual and individualist approach AngloSaxon societies, such as United States Kingdom collectivist relationship based communitarian societies Japan Germany. This article compares two existing successful systems corporate governance, analyses which aspects both may provide helpful to formation governance in a "third system", system for emerging economies Asia or Eastern Europe.
