摘要: A column-switch high performance liquid chromatography method for the analysis of 4 mL plasma is described with six examples [(11)C]-labeled positron-emission tomography imaging agents. Complete extraction all but most polar metabolites by reverse phase capture column achieved disruption protein binding 8 M urea.
