摘要: Granuloma annulare is a degenerative disease of the skin histopathologically characterized by focal degeneration collagen with surrounding infiltrate lymphoid cells, histiocytic and multinucleated giant cells. Immunological abnormalities such as delayed-type hypersensitivity vasculitic origin are suspected in pathogenesis. We describe three patients generalized granuloma annulare, whom autoantibodies, including antinuclear antibody, antithyroid stimulating hormone receptor immune complex, were detected.
