摘要: We present a facile and effective route to fabricate monolithic nanoporous silver (NPS) ribbons through chemical dealloying of melt-spun Al−Ag alloys comprising α-Al(Ag) Ag2Al under free corrosion conditions. The microstructure the NPS was characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM), energy dispersive analysis (EDX). experimental results show that alloy composition solution have significant influence on process formation NPS. with 15−40 atom % Ag can be fully dealloyed in 5 wt HCl solution, but minor amount undealloyed detected as-dealloyed from Al-45 50 alloys. existence supply penetration paths for promote two-phase Moreover, synergetic fast ...
