摘要: Abstract Several long-chain n -alkane compounds have been identified by the vapor phase chromatography of urea adducted samples which were prepared from -hexane eluate fractions chloroform-methanol extracts homogenized leaves. In addition, certain types alkyl-substituted, fused polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons determined mass spectrometry, fluorometric, u.v., and i.r. spectroscopy in isolated preparative thin-layer saponified banana leaf extracts. The hydrocarbon composition most differed part compositions other plants, namely two xerophytic angiosperms, a moss, marine alga, mushroom dissimilar red bacteria.
