摘要: HIV infected patients receiving antiretroviral therapy (ART) have extensive musculoskeletal system involvement. Arthralgia and myalgia are the most common forms. Fibromyalgia Syndrome (FMS) is a chronic pain syndrome of characterized by diffuse including arthralgia myalgia. These overlapping symptoms suggested relationship between FMS. The primary purpose this study was to determine prevalence FMS in HIV/AIDS patients. secondary objective investigate effects on functional status, depression, fatigue, sleep pattern quality life.
