摘要: In order to understand in vivo angiogenesis a three-dimensional bone graft and the surrounding tissue penetration into scaffolds, we implanted spherical porous β-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) scaffolding materials lumbodorsal fascia of New Zealand rabbits. At different times postoperatively, non-decalcified sections were prepared analyzed. Results showed that obvious accompanied towards center sphere. Quantitative analysis revealed during angiogenetic process there was rapid increase vessel numbers first 4 weeks but significant drop afterwards, steady growth for remolding (diameter expanding) after implantation. Further on distribution vessels with calibers indicated small capillaries (50 μm or less diameter) arterioles (50–100 accounted most part (>93.3%) while proportion large (>100 increased 6.66% 12th week addition, adopted stereological method compare biomaterial implants quantitatively. With scaffolds grafted, material biodegradation became evident outermost zone close correlation blood volume. To sum up, prerequisite influenced by formation biodegradation.
