摘要: High reflectivity lead-salt Bragg mirrors were grown by molecular beam epitaxy on BaF 2 (111) substrates. The quarter wavelength layer pairs consisted of a low refractive index Pb 1 -x Eu x Te with = 6% and higher pseudoalloy PbTe/Pb superlattice average 1%. Mirrors stop bands in the range between 4 6 μm obtained reflectivities as high 99% for 32 λ/4 pairs.
