摘要: Indian River male broiler chickens growing from 7 to 28 d of age were fed on diets containing energy:protein values varying 43 106 MJ/kg protein and 0 or 1 mg triiodothyronine (T3)/kg diet study effects growth, metabolic hormone concentrations in vitro lipogenesis. In lipid synthesis was determined liver explants the presence absence ouabain (Na+, K(+)-transporting ATPase (EC 3.6.1.37) inhibitor) estimate role enzyme activity synthesizing lipid. Growth feed consumption increased (P 53 protein) dietary T3 lowered < 0.01) lipogenesis, plasma growth (GH) decreased insulin-like factor (IGF-1). Also, GH, IGF-1 Ouabain inhibited a greater proportion lipogenesis those fat at high rate. Both decrease but, when combined, are not cumulative.
