摘要: Strategies for post-operative care after abdominal surgery are highly variable depending on the training, culture, experience and personal opinions of attending surgeon. Over last decade, several authors have provided data allowing a better understanding postoperative physiology, potential methods by which hospital stay can be shortened. The development standardized “fast track” pathways has lead to markedly reduced in series. Post-operative tend include early ambulation, introduction oral liquids diet, some sent patients home taking clear liquids, or without waiting recovery bowel function. Others use including transverse oblique incisions, pre-emptive thoracic epidurals cathartics surgery. This review evaluates available options integration into pathways. evidence level grade recommendation is described each these components. specific components pathways, that published our group, then given.
