摘要: Zoophilic dermatophytes were a common source of both human and animal ringworm infections in Western Australia. Microsporum canis was the chief aetiologic agent kittens children. Trichophyton mentagrophytes isolated from domestic pets, farm animals, laboratory animals wild as well humans. T. verrucosum less frequent cause infection man animals. Other zoophilic species included M. Gypseum, nanum equinum var. autotrophicum.
