摘要: Fermentation of glucose influences CO2 assimilation to acetate in homoacetogens. Blautia coccoides was investigated for a better understanding the metabolic characteristics homoacetogens mixotrophic cultures. Batch cultures strain with H2/CO2 as sole carbon source reached an yield 5.32 g/g dry cell weight after 240 h incubation. Autotrophic metabolism inhibited added into culture: higher concentration lower autotrophic ability bacterium. Autotrophy by high concentration, probably due competition coenzyme A between Embden-Meyerhof-Parnas pathway and Wood-Ljungdahl fixation pathway, energy (adenosine triphosphate) allocation synthesis reduction CO2, combination low pH caused accumulation acetate.
