摘要: The quasi-static electric field is a fundamental parameter of the physical processes in magnetosphere and ionosphere. Yet it difficult to measure. Only five years ago we had rely netirely on indirect evidence, mostly derived through relating magnetic perturbations ground an overhead ionospheric current (Maeda, 1955; Axford Hines, 1961). During last few number different techniques have been developed successfully applied which provide quickly. growing body data or plasma convection (Volk Haerendel, 1970) All these are limited applicability. Simultaneous observations using two more methods highly desirable at present stage for experimental cross checks obtaining complementary information.
