摘要: We present a Model Based Coding (MBC) scheme which employs 3D scene information resulting in more efficient image coding. propose balancing between texture and difference, such that MBC is dynamic enhancement to current standard encoders: if no usable model data can be produced, all remains the corresponding encoding schemes. The higher quality, transmitted. result an offers at least code rate of encoders additionally produces model.
