Synthesis of 2-ethyl-2-hexenal oxime and its flotation performance for copper ore

摘要: Abstract A novel collector 2-ethyl-2-hexenal oxime was synthesized from and hydroxylamine hydrochloride. The yield of 78.05% under the optimum experimental conditions. characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectrum, mass 1 H NMR 13 C spectroscopy. results ultraviolet spectrum showed that exhibited stronger reaction affinity with Cu 2+ than Ni or Fe 3+ , etc. Infrared spectroscopic analysis implicated bound to through both N groups. Microflotation tests pure malachite mineral chalcopyrite indicated recovery 91.16% flotation condition rougher pH 10 concentration 200 mg/L, reached 90.56% 11.5 250 mg/L. sulfide–oxide copper Dexing mine achieved an excellent mean containing 4.52% 79.54% recovery, average increased 2.35% compared butyl xanthate.
