摘要: This article discusses the clinical presentation of vertebrobasilar ischemia and infarcts. Pertinent dizziness intake questions are presented, as well key components physical examination. The anatomy posterior cerebral circulation is discussed syndromes associated with cerebrovascular infarcts in circulation. A high incidence recurrence ischemic attacks or insufficiency noted. authors note that recent developments imaging interventions may indicate need for referral consultation specialists some cases.
