摘要: Under most conditions proteins show a strong tendency to adsorb at interfaces. The general principles underlying the interaction between and solid surfaces in an aqueous environment are discussed. These illustrated by experimental results obtained with well-defined systems. approach is mainly based on thermodynamic arguments.
