摘要: [1] By using the unique database of Solar and Heliospheric Observatory/Michelson Doppler Imager full disk magnetograms from September 1996 to January 2011, covering entire solar cycle 23, we analyze time-variability magnetic flux spectrum study properties extended minimum 23. We totally identify 11.5 million structures. It has been revealed that features with different fluxes exhibit behaviors. The larger than 4.0×1019 Mx, which cover active regions strong network features, show exactly same variation as sunspots; however, remaining 82% majority elements anti-phase sunspots. select a criterion monthly sunspot number is less 20 represent Sun's low activity status. Then find 23 characterized by long duration status, but magnitude in this period not lower previous cycle. Both status level defined century approximately. shows similarities 11, preceded mini-maxima later cycles. This similarity suggestive cycles following are likely have activity.
