The synthesis of LiBH4 films under low hydrogen pressure at ambient temperature

摘要: Lithium borohydride (LiBH(4)) films were first fabricated under low hydrogen pressure (5-70 Pa) at ambient temperature by pulsed laser deposition (PLD). The atomistic structures and chemical compositions of the investigated. It was found that during formation process LiBH(4), intermediate compound Li(2)B(12)H(12) formed. As increased up to 70 Pa. relative weight percent LiBH(4) over wt.% even temperature. Moreover, stress decreased as increased. (C) 2009 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
