摘要: Abstract Anodic TiO 2 nanotubes (ATNTs) have been investigated for many years. Most of the studies were performed under low voltage and water content. In this work, large diameter ATNTs successfully fabricated in ethylene glycol electrolyte containing 12 vol% H O n  wt% NH 4 F (  = 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.7) at a high applied 150 V. The results show that fluoride concentration has little effect on outer (∼450–520 nm) pore size (∼100 nm) ATNTs. Besides, simple method was used to enlarge increases gradually with corrosion processing time. increase is favorable their photoelectrochemical (PEC) performance. (∼310 nm) best PEC performance splitting, which can be ascribed ordered structure proper size. However, surface defects caused by excessive depress
