摘要: Summary. Water absorption by whole soybeans and with their seed coat partially abraded was compared. The rate of the seeds less than that for seeds. effect blanching on water capacity in beans moisture content adjusted storage to 33 65% ERH examined. Blanching resulted an increase but reduced beans. samples higher activity showed largest increase.
