摘要: In this study, we developed the measuring system based on light addressable potentiometric sensor for quantitative analysis of penicillin that is very important element in medicine and pharmacy, clinic. It investigated response characteristics by enzyme reaction with penicillinase. First, surface pre-treatment process was established. The coupling agent made using self assembled monolayer method it confirmed immobilization AFM. Also, as system, potentiostat, signal processing part etc. Lab VIEW software, reduced detecting time well simplifying system. Fabricated device shown excellent pH characteristics, 57 mV/ range . 60 mV/decade
