摘要: Transcriptome sequencing could facilitate discovery of sex-biased genes, biological pathways and molecular markers, which help clarify the mechanism sex determination sexual dimorphism, assist with selective breeding in aquaculture. Yellow perch has unique gonad system dimorphism is an alternative model to study determination, selection. In this study, we performed de novo assembly yellow gonads muscle transcriptomes by high throughput Illumina sequencing. A total 212,180 contigs were obtained, ranging from 127 64,876 bp, N50 1,066 bp. The RNA-Seq (≥200bp) then used for subsequent analyses, including annotation, pathway analysis, microsatellites discovery. No female- pseudo-male-biased genes involved any while male-biased 29 pathways, neuroactive ligand receptor interaction enzyme trypsin (enzyme code, EC: 3.4.21.4) was highly involved. Pyruvate kinase 2.7.1.40), plays important roles cell proliferation, expressed muscles. addition, a 183,939 SNPs, 11,286 InDels 41,479 identified. This first report on transcriptome information Percids, provides rich resources conducting further studies understanding basis determinations, selection fish, population marker-assisted Percids.
