摘要: Methods to at least partially reduce a niobium oxide are described wherein the process includes heat treating in presence of getter material and an atmosphere which permits transfer oxygen atoms from material, for sufficient time temperature form reduced oxide. Niobium oxides and/or suboxides also as well capacitors containing anodes made suboxides.
