摘要: Purpose Whether to resurface the patella in knee replacement remains a controversial issue. The geometrical design of trochlear groove femoral component could play an important role determining stress distribution on patellofemoral joint, but this has not been sufficiently reported on. This study attempted determine effect implant contact mechanics by means finite element method.
