摘要: Antioxidants are chemical compounds that bind the free radicals in human body preventing development of many diseases and reducing severity degenerative cancer. found fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, spices etc. ranked for concentration specifi c food using a method called ORAC-Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity. The ORAC measures antioxidant strength foods assigning each with numerical value. Recent studies concluded berries, such as blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, cranberries, raspberries, contain some highest levels antioxidants. acai berry pomegranates has high level also. Current clinical showed antioxidants these fruits benefi cial breast, prostate, lung, colon skin cancers, atherosclerosis, dementia other diseases. healthy properties studied everything from cancer prevention to care. We presenting summaries conclusions several recent concerning protective eff ect levels, hoping this would initiate future closer collaboration between producers clinicians.
