摘要: The theory of electric field fluctuations in a plasma is reviewed. an can be assumed to due the Cerenkov radiation, which emitted by single particles that satisfy Landau wave-particle resonance conditions. This view naturally agrees with picture considered aggregate non-interacting dressed particles. A simple classical derivation fluctuation-dissipation theorem presented show agree theorem. quasilinear-like solution Liouville equation shown derive fluctuation same form as obtained using particle approach. We suggest traced causality gives rise collisionless dissipation (imaginary part dielectric function). Therefore, has philosophical implication its existence fundamentally causal principle effect cannot precedent cause, thus defining direction time.
