摘要: 1. Abstract A major challenge in automotive design is the creation of safe vehicles with minimal environmental impact. This study presents a modeling framework for evaluating and optimizing body designs improved occupant safety fuel efficiency. Vehicle mass considered as main link between sustainability. The includes frontal crash energy absorption, restraint system economy. Preliminary results indicate Pareto-optimal curve sustainability may exist when other factors are not taken into account. more complete that sophisticated metrics, cost market considerations, suggested order to support better regulatory decisions. 2. Keywords: Automotive structures, economy, safety, optimal vehicle design, systems
