Collision induced rotational energy transfer probed by time-resolved coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering

摘要: We show that the technique of femtosecond time-resolved coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) spectroscopy provides a powerful tool for investigation collision-induced linewidths and validation rotational energy transfer (RET) models. The fs-CARS method is applied to N2–N2 collision system, comparison between commonly used exponential gap (ECS-E), power (ECS-P), frequency corrected (EFCS), recently proposed angular momentum (AECS) variants ECS model presented. As result we AECS scaling law requires only two free parameters, appropriate determination RET rates from measured signals. also more complex C2H2–C2H2 system. vibrational dephasing not negligible in this case, has be modified by introducing relaxation factor.
