摘要: Retail stores can participate in demand response programs with the possibility of load shifting and building automation systems. Demand activities retail are influenced by various factors, such as business operations, company goals policies, etc. Meanwhile, participation potentially disrupt occupants’ (e.g. customers employees) lifestyles, thermal comfort health well increase cost or energy consumption. Therefore, stakeholders’ acceptance behaviors crucial to stores’ success participation. this paper conducted a questionnaire investigate preferences engagement. The is designed collected energy/store managers (who responsible for stores) Denmark (N = 51) Philippines (N = 36). result shows that: 1) more willing implicit manual control compared utility automation. have significant concerns about indoor lighting other aspects; 2) statistically influential factors related whether matches goals, influences operation, lack knowledge; 3) believe that employees should be informed but not involved in; 4) there differences regarding between Philippines, no difference employees’ customers’
