摘要: By serial passages through media containing decreasing concentrations of horse serum, the sterol-requiring Mycoplasma penetrans strain HF-2 was adapted to grow in a serum-free medium supplemented with bovine serum albumin, cholesterol and free fatty acids. Chemical analysis membrane preparations obtained from native strains revealed two major differences. (1) The polar lipid fraction contains, addition de novo-synthesized phospholipids, exogenous lipids incorporated unchanged growth medium, whereas were not detected strain. (2) Protein analyses showed that upon adaptation, 42-kDa lipoprotein, one lipoproteins this organism, missing. Studies on adhesion to, invasion HeLa cells by adherence almost same as strain, invasiveness into very low or nonexistent.
