摘要: Retinal hemorrhages occur frequently in association with abusive head trauma.1 The injuries are venous [See table the PDF] origin and, as such, similar to retinal which full-term neonates after vaginal delivery. Because child abuse associated intracranial bleeding, we questioned possibility of a relationship between parturitional and concurrent injuries. To answer this question designed prospective study performed magnetic resonance imaging on 10 randomly selected whom presence was confirmed fundascopic examination by pediatric ophthalmologist.
