摘要: The spatial and temporal distribution of macrobenthic assemblages in the San Francisco Estuary Sacramento–San Joaquin River Delta were identified using hierarchical cluster analysis 501 samples collected between 1994 2008. Five benthic that distributed primarily along salinity gradient: (1) a polyhaline assemblage inhabits Central Bay, (2) mesohaline South Bay Pablo (3) low-diversity oligohaline Suisun (4) sand occurs at various locations throughout Estuary, (5) tidal freshwater Delta. Most sites classified within same different seasons years, but few switched designations response to seasonal changes from inflows.
