摘要: Chromatin architectures and epigenetic fingerprint regulation are fundamental for genetically determined biological processes. Chemical modifications of the chromatin template sensitize genome to intracellular metabolism changes set up diverse functional adaptive states. Accumulated evidence suggests that action modifiers is sensitive in dietary components cellular intermediates, linking nutrition energy gene expression plasticity. Histone posttranslational create a code acts as metabolic sensor, translating into stable patterns. These observations support notion reprograming-linked input connected etiology diseases cancer. In present review, we introduce role cofactors their relation with nutrient intake question links between development diseases.
