摘要: AIMS (a) To investigate the utility of childhood PE as a predictor adolescent psychopathology while accounting for three known risk factors: mental disorder; traumatic experiences and poor functioning, (b) to additive effects including in predictive clinical model psychopathology. METHOD The study sample comprised 86 Irish youths who completed two waves "Adolescent Brain Development" (baseline age: 11.7 follow-up 15.7). At baseline, participants interview assessing PE, disorders, global functioning childhood. internalizing externalizing problems sub-scales from Youth Self Report questionnaire were used outcomes variables adolescence. RESULTS Logistic regression analyses revealed that was only significantly associated with both (univariate OR: 7.58, CI: 2.59-22.15; multivariate 5.43, 1.53-19.29) 11.76, 3.70-37.41; 30.39, 5.28-174.80) All models predicted (area under curve range: 0.70-0.81; all P < 0.05) adding improved value (P = 0.02). CONCLUSION Childhood is powerful psychopathology, particularly problems. Routine assessment targeted support children report may reduce incidence disorder
