摘要: Abstract In this paper, the electrochemical behavior of CTZAMB–Cu(II) complex with DNA has been investigated in potassium hydrogen–phthalate buffer solution (pH 2.5). absence DNA, there was a sharp reduction peak single sweep polarogram due to presence CTZAMB–Cu(II), while decreased quantitative fashion. This decrease current is formation CTZAMB–Cu(II)–DNA complex. Under optimum conditions, linear concentration range from 3.0 × 10 −7 7.0 × 10 −6  g ml −1 , and detection limit 1.0 × 10 . new method exhibits good recovery sensitivity, which could be applied determination real samples. The mechanism interaction also discussed.
