摘要: Abstract A new nitrogen-containing phenolic glycoside, moringaside (1), and a megastigmane moringamegastigmane (2), were isolated from the leaves of Moringa oleifera together with 16 known compounds. The chemical structures compounds elucidated on basis physicochemical evidence. To best our knowledge, there are few reports that effect acylated ghrelin secretion. Among constituents M. oleifera, niazirin (5) significantly stimulated secretion in vitro using rat primary gastric cells. This result suggests 5 is promising therapeutic agent for anorexia.
