摘要: AbstractChromium is a well-known highly toxic metal, considered as priority pollutant. In this study, series of experiments were conducted to investigate the effect properties clay minerals and organic carboxylic acids on reduction Cr(VI) in aqueous solution under UV illumination. Two common (montmorillonite, kaolinite) two typical (oxalate citrate) utilized our system. The experimental results confirmed that existence oxalate or citrate can markedly accelerate photoreduction reaction compared with alone. This process photo-reduction follows approximately zero-order kinetics. effects pH, dissolved oxygen, initial concentration, dose removal ratio also investigated. chromium was favorable acidic pH than weakly alkaline pH. Furthermore, it found oxygen...
