摘要: Abstract This work reports the characteristics of nonstoichiometric Na 0.5+x Bi 0.5+y Ti 0.96 W 0.01 Ni 0.03 O 3 (x = 0.0%, y = 1.0%; x = 0.5%, y = 2.0%; x = 1.0%, y = 4.0%) ceramic films derived from chemical solution deposition and role played by excess Na/Bi in modifying microstructure electrical properties. Single perovskite phase structure can be maintained all compositions. Decreased grain size obtained with increasing compensation for volatile elements. Particularly, extra amounts 0.5 mol% 2.0 mol% leads to reduced leakage enhanced ferroelectric polarization. Meanwhile, due high breakdown field strength large difference between maximum remanent polarization, an excellent energy storage performance achieved 0.505 0.52 sample, which is distinguished a recoverable density 40.5 J/cm efficiency 43.6% at 2515 kV/cm as well good frequency stability. Hence, regulation content elements effective modify response 0.5 TiO -based materials.
