Platinum analogues in preclinical and clinical development.

摘要: The impact of cisplatin on chemotherapy for solid tumors has led to the synthesis many molecules with platinum as their central building block. These so-called analogues have been developed obvious goals improving antitumor activity and hopefully, at same time, altering dose-limiting side effects prototype drug. At least 10 such are in clinical development, whereas several others various stages preclinical testing.
