摘要: On-line haemodiafiltration differs from other forms of haemodialysis in that up to 20 L/h dialysis fluid can be infused directly into the bloodstream during each treatment. That must free chemical contaminants, sterile and pyrogen-free. Compliance with requirement cannot demonstrated by testing at time infusion. Instead, prepared using equipment has been validated produce pyrogen-free when operated accordance machine manufacturer’s instructions. It is responsibility user ensure those instructions are followed, including providing water concentrates meet specifications set forth manufacturer. Properly designed systems for treatment distribution concentrate preparation central achieving goal. In addition, subject rigorous quality control includes maintenance practices prevent contamination infusion fluids, coupled monitoring verifies adequacy system design program.
