摘要: The concept of immunologically mediated tolerance to food antigens through exposure mucosal antigen has been the subject continuous scientific debate. After a decline in interest mid-1980s, oral again attracted attention immunologists. Here, Stephan Strobel and Allan Mowat discuss how this central immunological principle potential new therapeutic applications for treatment autoimmune, inflammatory possibly food-allergic diseases.
