摘要: Brain-derived neutrophic factor (BDNF) is a member of the neutrophin family that known to activate high-affinity tropomyosin-related receptor kinase B (TrkB). This study aimed clarify clinical and biological significance BDNF/TrkB pathway in gastric cancer. We analysed BDNF TrkB expression cancer samples by real-time reverse transcription PCR immunohistochemistry. To investigate role axis, recombinant human (rhBDNF) Trk antagonist K252a were used for vitro vivo analysis. The at invasive front primary tumours was significantly elevated compared with tumour core adjacent normal mucosa. Increased correlated factors reflecting disease progression, poor prognosis. co-expression axis Gastric cells expressed BDNF, administration rhBDNF promoted proliferation, migration, invasion, inhibition anoikis. These effects generally inhibited K252a. In an assay, BDNF(+)/TrkB(+) injected into nude mice established peritoneal dissemination, whereas growth. might be deeply involved progression.
