These industrial plant have an estimated value greater than 105 million dollars. A common method employed for is fast-track construction, which used to reduce time. Contractors begin with highly generic scheduling information. This high level schedule turns into a lower as more detailed information becomes available. From contractor’s perspective, challenge faced using visualization constantly changing project schedules. paper discusses use Plant Information Modeling (PIM) system, designed create 4D animation visualize schedules projects.
