摘要: Malignant cardiac arrhythmias which result in sudden death may be present individuals apparently healthy or associated with other medical conditions. The way to predict their appearance represents a challenge for the community due tragic outcomes most cases. In last two decades some ventricular repolarization (VR) markers have been found useful malignant several clinical corrected QT, QT dispersion, Tpeak-Tend, Tpeak-Tend dispersion and Tp-e/QT studied implemented practice this purpose. These are obtained from 12 lead surface electrocardiogram. review we discuss how these demonstrated effective conditions such as long short syndromes, Brugada syndrome, early acute myocardial ischemia, heart failure, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, obesity highly trained athletes. Also main pathophysiological mechanisms that explain arrhythmogenic predisposition diseases basis VR discussed. However, same results not all Further studies needed reach global consensus order incorporate parameters risk stratification of patients.
