摘要: Abstract Eggshell biomaterial is generally considered waste, however it can be applied in various areas of research due to its unique properties. In this study, the two-phase eggshell nanopowder was prepared by process mechanical activation a planetary ball mill. The phase transformation from calcite, which main component ES, into aragonite studied detail and properties milled were pursued. effect investigated means X-ray diffraction, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, nitrogen adsorption, grain size analysis, scanning transmission electron microscopy energy-dispersive spectroscopy. calcite–aragonite confirmed with conclusion that after 360 min milling, 58% present system. presence nanoparticles containing mesopores evidenced.
