摘要: We suggest a simple spiking model-resonate-and-fire neuron, which is similar to the integrate-and-fire neuron except that state variable complex. The model provides geometric illustrations many interesting phenomena occurring in biological neurons having subthreshold damped oscillations of membrane potential. For example, such prefer certain resonant frequency input nearly equal their eigenfrequency, they can be excited or inhibited by doublet (two pulses) depending on its interspike interval, and fire response an inhibitory input. All these properties could observed Hodgkin-Huxley-type models. use resonate-and-fire illustrate possible sensitivity fine temporal structure spike train. Being analogue model, computationally efficient suitable for simulations large networks neurons.
