Results: Genotypic nucleoside inhibitor (NRTI) present 78.3%, non-nucleoside (NNRTI) 38.9%, (PI) 47.0% samples. carrying three categories drugs (at NRTI plus NNRTI PI) peaked 25.9% 2000 stabilized 25.5% 2002. Conclusion: This demonstrates high prevalence European cohort currently under treatment infection. New therapeutic strategies based on more rational use genotypic should be worked out prevent development resistance.
