摘要: The action of acetylcholine on atrioventricular nodal fibers has been studied with the aid intracellular microelectrodes. It found that during total dissociation no block conduction occurs at junction between A-V node and bundle His or within atrium. Failure impulse transmission in atrial margin node. application produces characteristic changes potentials node: depolarization becomes slow, amplitude falls notching slurring appear upstrokes. These observations support concept excitation through is decremental excitatory process consists more than one event.
